Love is in the air...
As it was valentine's day, singles gals like lena n i decided to shop to our heart contents on this day..We left Cabz to celebrate her V.day with her beau,N. Hope she has a happy V.day with her beloved..
Went to bugis street, Lena bought a dress which is very suitable for her, so sweet is she in that dress..n i learnt frm her what is an 'empire cut' dress. We oso made some new discoveries, we spotted some blouses which one of our classmates oways wear!
Ministry Of Food (MOF) at Marina Square
After that, went to Marina Square to have Japanese fd..nice delicious unagi rice bento..Most of the seats were alr reserved for you know who..HAlfway through the meal, lights flickered..n suddenly the lights dimmed off..guess what happened..the shop tenders decided to create a romantic ambience for the lovers that day..on the tables were some gift boxes which lena n I thought were very tea-box liked..with flowery golden apperance decorated with a pink ribbon..
Got to go home not long after that cos of my weak tummy..but had a fun and thoughtful day..
Happy V.day, my dearie dear frends.......HUGZ

Calm...breezy...friday ...night
Back to today's activity, Lena, Karen, Raymond and I went to tiong bahru plaza to have Japanese Ramen. As there was a horde of people in the small restaurant, we were being placed in the smoking area...which in fact is this outdoor seating area.
When we set in the place, everyone fell into the mood of tranquillity.
Finally, the food arrived..Karen's food was like the most worth-the-money meal. And Raymond(R.W) seemed to be so fascinated by the flinstone-liked big portion..and he made a pact with this flinstone-liked meal to have it next time round. He, himself had quite a nice bowl of ramen as well, with a few blocks of ice in his cold, spicy ramen. He even had a small plate of soft wobbly duofu sprinkled with some greenies as side dish. Lena had her usual, chicken ramen with two chilli. Hers was quite a big portion too, with four or five, deep-fried tender chicken pieces.
I think everyone was energetic after having the hearty meal as everyone started to liven up and chat once the chopsticks was put down..We were discussing plans for the third day of new year, the last of our freedom day..debating over the stars..and how tough it is for karen to wake up in the dawn to go to work..how challenging it is for Lena to stay at home on a friday night. After the yummy meal, we just sat there and chatted till about 10..
Photos to be updated..please tune in as there will be one amazing shot taken by me..Guess whos the main character in these two shots?
So..here comes the end of our calm..breezy..friday..night.

Nonetheless we enjoyed ourselves but perhaps not the food. Please don't me wrong as the Tim Sum was yummy and worth every penny as it only cost $12.80+++ Due to over-eating, especially Wai Theng, I guess we would'nt crave for Tim Sum for the next 3 months or so. All thanks to Norman's brilliant idea to play "zhong ji mi ma" to clear the balance food. Look at Wai Theng's plate of Tim Sum! Think she ate at least 10 Har-kau n Siew Mai, not to mention others... haha
Uncle's CLASSIC LOOK!!! Doesn't this photo remind you of the Night Safari photo??? hahaha
